Terrence Regis, Public Sevices Association union rep. for the workers of the National Insurance Board talks to Rae Samuel of the National Workers Union about the circumstances surrounding the settlement of the NIB negotiations.
He refutes the suggestion that it was a 9% settlement over three years and insists that it was the actions of the workers themselves that won them a decent wage settlement. See video here
